This means that at some point "APPLE" did not properly assign permissions during install meaning any attempts to uninstall or change during updates was not happening.

I spent most of a day deleting any registry entry tied to apple, icloud, itunes, & Bonjour, etc. That meant it had to be in the ""Registry"! Today's registry is humongous and it takes a lot of time to search. Scannow showed there were no problems with windows files. I had already manually deleted everything apple from the file system. I attempted using Revo and it did find left overs but reinstalling apple faired no better. I chose not to believe because I was not having any issues with any other programs than apple. Days with apple support trying to solve the icloud for windows issues.They in the end chose to blame MS because of the MSI installer errors and chose to ignore the errors showing up in icloud for windows itself.
